Average up

Bought another 80 shares of AGU.TO at 52.80 on Sep. 2. This is an average up method. Plan to buy another 50 shares when stock pull back a little bit from high

Also bought 100 shares of XRE.TO at 10.18 on Sep. 2. The dividend yield of this ETF seems pretty good. Last quarter the dividend is 0.22, so the annual dividend yield is close to 8%. Also, I am expecting house sale condition keeps on improving, so the ETF price will also advance.

Noticed another company CF is also fundamentally good. I will do more research on it and keep an eye on its price movement.

I am still think TRE.TO is a good company. However, I would like to see more positive signs for its stock movement before jump in again.

XRE.TO seems a buy (down with lower volume)
TRE.TO seems a good company, but the price dropped a lot with higher volume. It is better to watch.
