I bought 100 shares of golf town income trust (glf.un.to) at $15.30 on July 26th, 2007. It was not a very good entry point since at that day the price dropped to $15.05. The day after that, the price was even lower to $14.10. I waited for this stock to drop for about two month and finally I lost my patience and that cost me $100 more.
From golf town financial statement, it seems that this company is a very good holding. It has a stable increasing dividend yield. Now it distributes $0.10 per unit every month. Considering the price of $15.00, that is about 8% yield in dividend alone. It also has some growth potential.
I would buy another 100 shares if the price drops to lower range of $14.00. I would hold this investment in long term.
