TransGlobal Energy Corporation

I bought 100 shares of TransGlobal Energy in May 2007 at $4.40. And then the price dropped to $4.10. I planned to bough another 100 shares if the price hit $4.00, but it never happened. Then the price went up to $5.60. When the overall markets corrected, it also dropped to $5.00. I bought another 100 shares at $5.00.

Reading the financial statement of TransGlobal, I found out that it has a stable increasing in its asset. It has little debt. It is a typical startup company with great potential growth. Since it is a start up company, the risk is also high.

I would keep an eye on it operation and try to hold this company for long term. I hope it really pays me off.

This is another average down operation. Luckily, I sold all the shares to raise cash for other purpose. I am not sure if this company still exists. I can not find it in Google finance.
